In June, Google began letting business owners connect their Google Business Profile to Gemini. Once connected, Gemini can look at reviews, customer questions, and performance data to answer questions like "how did my business do this month?"
Google also introduced Business Notebooks to keep chats, sources, and business details in one workspace. The features rolled out globally except in the EEA and UK.
